"All the world is a stage.” 
I have always been drawn to picture frames because of their visual similarity to old theatres and stages. Inspired by my background in the performing arts and passion for expression and gestural movement, this sculptural collection is a representation of “Method” acting, blurring the lines between art and life. With clay as my canvas “All the world is a stage” is a clin d’oeil to these wonderful theatres which inspired, employed and entertained me. Using the frame to support and describe my work while exploring the idea of still life in motion my principal aim is to share my passion for life, love and humour. The stories unfold, the titles encapsulate the voices according to your perspective. We all have our own stories to tell.
